Global Compliance, Built In: Huier Electrical’s Certified Control Panels & Switchgear

In critical plants, safety and uptime are non-negotiable. That’s why we design and manufacture certified control panels and low-voltage switchgear that pass inspection the first time—and run reliably for years.

Who We Are

Huier Electrical is a manufacturer of custom industrial control panels, switchgear, and MCC solutions. We build for global markets and back every shipment with drawings, test records, and responsive engineering support. Our factory operates under ISO 9001 and follows disciplined build-and-audit routines for consistent quality.

What “Certified” Really Means (UL / CE / CSA)

Certification isn’t a badge; it’s a build path. We align design, components, testing, and labels to each market’s rules.

Region Mark & Core Path Typical Scope We Deliver
United States UL 508A (industrial control panels), plus UL 891 / UL 1558 where applicable SCCR labeling, UL-listed components, construction file, NRTL label
European Union CE (per LVD + EMC), built to IEC 61439-1/-2 Technical file, DoC, assembly verification, EMC evidence
Canada CSA C22.2 (or cUL/cULus) Canadian code alignment, field evaluation support or listed label

commitment and vision

Outcome: your panel is legal to install, safe to operate, and ready for audit in its destination country.

What We Build

  • UL/CE/CSA Certified Control Panels
PLC/HMI panels, I/O marshalling, VFD/soft-starter cabinets, power distribution panels.

  • Low-Voltage Switchgear (IEC 61439)
Fixed or withdrawable designs, Form 1–4b, IP54–IP65, arc-mitigation options.

  • Motor Control Centers (MCC)
Fixed, plug-in, or withdrawable buckets; metering and networked protection; easy swap and service.

  • Stainless & Hygienic Enclosures
NEMA 4X / IP66 for washdown and corrosive sites; thermal design for drives and power supplies.

  • Custom Junction Boxes & Harnesses
Labeled, ferruled, and documented for fast install and maintenance.

Our Manufacturing Playbook (From RFQ to FAT)

1) Define scope & market
We fix the target law on day one (UL, CE/IEC, CSA). We confirm the AHJ/inspection route and freeze ratings and openings before we cut copper.

2) Engineer the assembly
We size busbars, select certified components, plan segregation (Form 1–4b), and set ingress (IP/NEMA). We run thermal checks and EMC considerations early.

3) Build clean, label clearly
Calibrated torque tools, separated power/control routing, printed ferrules on both ends, terminal plans on doors, and standardized device layouts.

4) Test with a script
Visual, continuity, insulation (when required), full functional I/O simulation, drive start-up settings, and—where applicable—EMC evidence.

5) Document & mark
Nameplate fields per standard (e.g., SCCR for UL 508A; Ue/Uimp/Icw/IP for IEC). We ship GA + one-line + schematics + I/O list + settings + parts list + manuals. A QR code on the door links to the pack.

FAQ (Short Answers Engineers Appreciate)

Q: Can you raise SCCR without redesigning the whole panel?
A: Often yes—using tested breaker/fuse combinations or current-limiting devices. We confirm with the AHJ.

Q: How do you handle CE EMC?
A: We design to relevant harmonized standards and provide test evidence in the technical file.

Q: Do you support field evaluations in Canada/US?
A: Yes. We coordinate with NRTLs for cUL field evaluation where listing isn’t practical.

Q: How do you protect schedule?
A: Freeze GA/one-line early, kit long leads first, publish a Gantt, run a witnessed (or remote) FAT.
